The Company is not responsible for back-up and restoration of your information or for any loss of or disablement of access to your information, without limitation. You agree that information required by the Web Site software (including any personalized information) and other identifying information requested by About You on the Internet or other supplier software may be placed in our domain. In addition, you agree and understand that the Company is not responsible for nor is it liable for the loss or accidental dissemination to others of any of your personal information when you use About You on the Internet.

If you are a non-exempt employee, Verizon's policy prohibits you from accessing work-related sites during non-working hours unless you are specifically authorized to do so by your supervisor.

Sharing files or discussing confidential data with unauthorized parties and sending confidential data in un-encrypted emails are violations of the Code of Business Conduct, and are cause for disciplinary action.
